It’s important to make the right assessment here because there’s a big difference between Debt Crisis and Debt Problems. If you are in Debt Crisis then you won’t even be able to afford to make the minimum repayments on your borrowing. You’ll also be struggling to cover your every day expenses. Debt problems, which I will deal with separately, can be dealt with in a few ways. First though, let’s take a look at the ominously named Debt Crisis and how you can deal with that.
The first thing that comes to mind when many of us think about debt crisis is bankruptcy. Now that’s an extreme measure and it’s not always necessary even for those in debt crisis.
